Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how information about everyone using PrintFlow TR services (website, producer dashboard, quote pages, customer quote/tracking pages) is collected and used. It should be read together with the KVKK Disclosure Notice.

2. Information collected

• Membership information: full name, e-mail, phone, city (during sign-up and onboarding).
• Business information: the producer's brand name, description, printer/material catalogue and working rules.
• Quote requests: the customer's name, contact details, uploaded model file (STL) and request notes.
• Order data: quote, acceptance/rejection, order status and timeline records.
• Technical data: IP, browser information, error logs and mandatory session cookies.
• Analytics and advertising measurement data: anonymised usage and conversion statistics collected through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads when you consent, as described in the Cookie Policy.

3. How information is used

The collected information is used to provide the service, run request/quote/order processes, ensure security, communicate and fulfil legal obligations. Information is never sold for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing information

The information of customers submitting a quote request is shared only with the producer the request is addressed to. The platform does not produce or sell the product and does not set the sale price; it is a service provider offering software for storefront and order management to producers. Payment is made directly between the producer and the customer (bank transfer/EFT or the producer's own payment link); the platform does not receive payments, does not hold funds and is not a party to the payment. Data may also be shared with service providers (e.g. e-mail, hosting) and, where legally required, with official authorities.

5. Processing of model files (STL)

3D model files uploaded by a customer are stored and shown to the relevant producer only for evaluating the quote request and manufacturing the order. Files are deleted if the quote is rejected, the request is deemed invalid, or when the production/request process is completed and the statutory retention period expires. Files are never used for other purposes or sold to third parties.

6. Security

Technical and administrative measures such as encryption, access control and secure connections (HTTPS) are taken to protect data. However, 100% security over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children

The services are not directed at people under 18. Registration by anyone under 18 is not permitted.
